We are seeking a highly organized and proactive System Admin to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with companies and managing key operational processes within the organization. As a head operator, your focus will be on ensuring smooth communication among team members.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Vendor Coordination: Maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring timely procurement of products, and handling any issues related to supplies.
2. Inventory Management: Keep track of all inventory, update records in the system, monitor stock levels, and manage order and reorder processes.
3. Report Management: Compile and maintain accurate records and reports related to inventory, sales returns, billing, and collections.
4. Backend Operations Oversight: Oversee essential backend functions such as billing, collections, account receivables, and sales returns, ensuring smooth operation and adherence to company policies.
Skills required:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective vendor and customer interaction.
- Ability to manage and lead a team, ensuring smooth operations.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and tools.
- Problem-solving skills to address issues related to inventory, procurement, and backend operations.
- Experience in maintaining accurate reports and records.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering (CSE), Master of Computer Applications (MCA), or Master of Business Administration (MBA).
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably with exposure to inventory management, vendor coordination, and team supervision.
