Co-Founder of IA MULTI VENTURES (P) LIMITED has an extensive 21+ years of professional experience and significant executive leadership. Presently, he is handling B2B Operations of the entire organization. Also, manages and leads short and long-term planning for organizational development strategies and processes. He has strong interpersonal skills and coaches and builds a team so that it is more effective at achieving the vision.
MANAGER – SALES
Has worked for the organization for more than 16 years and oversees the company’s sales operations. As Sales Manager, he streamlines and optimizes the entire sales process. Establishes sales objectives by forecasting & developing sales quotas, monitoring costs & implementing market strategies. With strong interpersonal and leadership skills, he leads a team of sales operations professionals.
MANAGER – OPERATIONS
Currently designated as Operations Manager, Nasir Hussain Mir oversees, supervises, coordinates, and keeps track of operations of various divisions within the organization. Moreover, he assures cost-optimization and adheres to rules, regulations, and procedures in all the work areas of the organization. Since joining IAMVPL in 2008, he made himself stand out in his work because of his commitment, dedication, and diligence.
MANAGER – SUPPLY CHAIN
Aarif Ali Mir has been part of the Company for over 12 years. Currently coordinates and oversees the organization’s supply chain, by maintaining control of inventory management, production processes, distribution, and procurement control from companies associated. Also, he is managing the company’s overall logistics strategy and operations to maximize the business process with excellent efficiency and productivity.
MANAGER – PROJECT
With over 16 years of experience in the IT sector, Yasir Majid serves as Project Manager for the organization.
He has worked for the company for more than 3 years and is primarily responsible to introduce creative ideas and innovative methods for business prospects, product development, branding, and problem-solving. He contributes to improving team performance through his leadership qualities like motivation, negotiation, communication, listening, and influencing skills.
Sana Bazaz, who oversees all human resources (HR) functions of the company, has worked for the organization for more than 6 years. She has strengthened the employees through team-building activities, and a commitment to the organization’s mission and vision. She is involved in managing activities such as job design, recruitment, training, employment relations, performance management, and talent management.
Ifrah Farooq has been part of the Organization for over 7 years. She is responsible for the overall financial well-being, forecasting, and internal audits of the company. She leads a growing team that supports and strategizes the company’s financial processes. Advises on investment activities and provides strategies that the company should take while recommending the future course of action.
MANAGER- INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
Having more than 7 years of experience in the IT sector, Saima is up to speed on the latest innovations to provide the organization with best possible solutions. She determines IT plans, establishes team workflows, and chooses technologies to invest in. She made herself stand out in her work because of her perfection and dedication; also optimizes the effective cost management of the organization.
Wajahat has been part of the Company for over 10 years. He monitors and coordinates all work schedules of various divisions within the organization; also ensures that all operations are carried on in an appropriate and cost-effective way. As an OM he knows how to integrate resources, tasks, and time to guarantee effective resource usage towards the achievement of the organization’s goals.
