Area Sales Manager(ASM)

We are Hiring Area Sales Manager (ASM) for our organization.

ASMs are responsible for establishing, maintaining, and expanding their customer base.
Servicing the needs of existing customers.
Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
Setting sales targets for individual reps and the team as a whole.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and increasing sales of the organization.
• Allocating areas to sales representatives, reaching the targets and goals set for the area assigned.
• Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
• Developing sales strategies and setting sales targets.
• Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
• Implementing a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects.
• Developing and implementing sales and marketing plans to drive sales and profit.
• Servicing the needs of existing customers.
• Collecting customer feedback and market research.

Skills Required:

• Previous experience in sales and/or business management will be preferred.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective decision-making, strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work well with little supervision.
• Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to have negotiation and consultative sales skills.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable, demonstrate initiative and work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with the latest versions of Microsoft Office (specifically Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word).
