We are Hiring a Sales Team Leader for our organization.
The Sales Team Leader manages the people who generate sales, holds the sales team together, and provides training and motivation to the team to reach sales goals. As a Sales Lead, he is responsible for coordinating the sales department, supporting management, and performing administrative tasks such as maintaining sales performance and monitoring inventory.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development, performance, and maintenance of the activities of the Sales Department with responsibility for the day-to-day activities of the sales team.
  • Meeting the sales targets, including those of the team as a whole.
  • Contribute to train, and coach the sales team.
  • Assist in developing plans for team sales activities to include sales strategy, an effective search of leads, and penetrating new markets.
  • Assist in the smooth running of its sales team. Delegate authority and responsibility to the team with supervision, accountability, and review.
  • Motivating the sales team and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition among them.
  • Delegate tasks and set deadlines.
  • Prepare sales reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, pricing, sales, and activities.
  • Maintaining positive client/customer relations.
  • Achieve maximum profitability and growth in accordance with organization plans.

Skills Required:

  • Previous experience in sales and/or business management will be preferred.
  • Excellent management, leadership, and motivation skills with the ability to drive a part of the sales team.
  • Good understanding of client/customer and market requirements and dynamics
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective decision-making, strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Experience with the latest versions of Microsoft Office (specifically Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word)
