- Procurement: Place orders, manage purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and prevent stockouts.
- Cost Analysis: Analyze purchasing costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and manage budgets.
- Market Research: Research market trends, pricing, and product availability to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and pricing with suppliers.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs.
- Order Tracking: Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
