• Sales and Profitability:Monitoring sales trends, developing strategies to maximize sales, and ensuring the store meets its financial targets. 
• Inventory Management:Maintaining accurate inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring efficient stock management. 
• Customer Service:Addressing customer complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and resolving issues in a timely manner. 
• Operations and Processes:Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards, and optimizing store workflows.
