Key features:
1. Managing Staff:
- Training, and supervising: housekeeping staff.
- Creating and managing schedules: ensure adequate coverage and efficient task completion.
- Evaluating performance: providing feedback of housekeeping staff.
2. Overseeing Operations:
- Ensuring adherence to cleanliness standards: for public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Maintaining and ordering cleaning equipment, linen, and supplies .
- Monitoring inventory levels: Cleanliness Budget Optimization.
- Reporting issues: like room damage or maintenance requests to the appropriate department.
3. Maintaining Standards and Compliance:
- Implementing and enforcing: health and safety regulations.
- Conducting regular inspections: to ensure quality and address issues of housekeeping staff.
